I'm trying to re download hoping it the new version but can't even get it to start up on macOS. Not sure really whats going on but just seems like an update happened and the only way is to download MacOS client but can't even start up window i get stuck on this verifying little pop up and try getting passed the open anyway in security and privacy on mac cause that would usually get the application working.

Hi! I'm sorry you have experienced this issue. Let's try and solve that!

 

First things first, make sure to delete all your old clients. Move them to trash, and delete them from there as well. Then go to the Downloads link and choose Mac Client. If you are using an external zip extractor try deleting that and using the internal built in macs. Once downloaded open finder and search for it in downloads, then open the file. Once extracted try opening the file. See if it works. If unsuccessful try the next step in solutions.

 

The next step is to use this link and follow the guide. If not, or you have issues extracting with the built in Mac zip, which can happen, try any of these listed; TheUnarchiver, WinZip5, Keka, Betterziip.
