I accidentally lost Azelf

Did you beat it in battle or ran from it? - Defeat Nikola boss in trainers valley to get another chance at Azelf.

Azelf beat me cuz I had Parasect and sync only with me and he use fire blast one shot me!

I went to Nicolas but can't fight him.
