It still says heals for 200 hp, but it only heals for 120. That is very missleading and could (It actually did) be harmful in a battle against bosses and other strong NPC.

The score of the NPCs are totally random. If you think that is unfair, you should think about how "unfair" it is that you got a 290 points pokemon while Bug Catcher Josh got a 27 total iv shelmet.

Sheer force deals extra damage but in return prevents secondary effects. This also takes effect on life orb, if you're using a move that triggers Sheer force. Let's say you use earthquake. Sheer force does not trigger when using earthquake, because it has no secondary effect. So you deal your normal damage + life orb boost with recoil If you use Thunderbolt for example, which has a secondary effect (para chance), Sheer force gets triggered and you deal your normal damage + Sheer force damage + life orb damage without taking recoil. (The recoil is a secondary effect that vanishes when Sheer force is triggered in the first place) Check this link to see what moves trigger Sheer force.

Guilds come with an experience bonus. 25 member = 2,5% 50 member = 5% 75 member = 7,5% besides that, guilds can be used for communication and making friends ingame. You can usually trust your guildmates and borrow and lend pokemon, money, items from and to them.
