Hello all.

I'm new im game and i got question.

I youst talked with Jackson. From what I saw he wanted to battel, but I needed to leave phone for a moment in middel of discution. After i got back APK needed to log in from start and ther was no Jackson around.

What hapend? Did it save progress as if i loose? Does it have ANY meaning in storyline? Can i restart my account progress and start new, or i need to create new account?

First off, welcome to PRO and I am sorry that you have experienced this inconvenience. What had happened was when you left your device you got kicked from the server for being AFK for too long. When you get kicked from the server in a battle, it counts as a loss, so the game counted your battle against Jackson as a loss. Whether you win or lose to Jackson or not does not have a big impact on your storyline, in fact for some parts there's an alternate quest. You can find out more information about how winning/losing to Jackson in certain parts of the story may affect your story in the Complete Kanto Walkthrough! :)

Th for help. Thing is I don't whant to start it with loose, and I sepose I gina go with alter story at second time. Derython is my main nick so I would reather go perfect with this account, and buddies play on red server. :(

So.. Can I reset progress?

Unfortunately as said here, there is not a way to reset your account. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or start fresh and play in other servers as per server have different saves due to different databases, in order to get a clean slate and restart. I am sorry to have to inform you of this.

You guys helped me precise. I'm greatfull. Tho its streange i can not, lets say delete this account and start new like it didnt exist. :/
