Prehax Posted August 27, 2017 Share Posted August 27, 2017 Hello [mention]Phizika[/mention], the Hoenn NPC was bugged a long time ago and then fixed but this caused that you lost all your hours and they wouldn't count unless you talk to him again iirc.
