As said on the PvP Rules/List of Bugged Moves and Abilities thread the move unburden is not yet coded. I am sorry to have to inform you of this. However, you can keep an eye on the Update Logs for when new abilities and such get added to the game. That being said since this answers your question, I will now lock the thread.
