I recommend you to wait at least 24h, occasionally transaction can takes time to proceed. If you still don't have your coins in the next 24h, then create a topic on our Donation and Coins Issues forum.

Be sure to add a screen of your transaction receipt, it will be easier for an admin to check out your case.
