While grinding my Hariyama's happiness i ACCIDENTALLY removed rock smash for Knock off and now to progress in the story i need to get to canalave but to get to canalave i need to get to jubalife and the only way to get to jubalife requires rock smash. If you head to Eterna City, you can head south on route 206 until you reach route 207. From route 207, climb down the Rock Climb area and head south to Oreburgh City. If you need Rock Climb to do this, you can find the tutor on Route 207, and while you are in Oreburgh, you can pick up a Rock Smash TM in a house there. From there, you should be able to head to the left, and go through the Oreburgh Gate, and keep going left after that to reach Jubilife City.
