Marikusa Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hey everyone hope someone can help me, i want to finish my dex on johto but in the end i have a big problem with finding suicune i know that it has been moved from the left side at tohjo falls up behind the waterfalls so i took a seaking with me and tried to get up to the legendary dog. but only thing that happens is that i get pushed back. someone can help me?! In order to use waterfall outside of battle you need to have the Rain Badge, which is the eighth badge of the Hoenn region. You can read more about it here.
