After winning the Pokémon League. How do I get to the moon?

I created a separate topic since it was an entirely different topic/question.

 

To get to the moon after beating the Elite Four of Hoenn, talk to Prof Birch. This will then open up a second room in the Mossdeep Space Center, allowing you to go to the Moon once again. Each trip will cost 15k still, so be aware of that :)
