Cerulean Cave's entrance is surrounded by water, just north-west of Cerulean with a guard in front of it ; but there's also Entei's guardian's lair, north of Cerulean (accross the golden bridge), which the entrance is blocked by rocks that will only move if you did the quest to be able to capture one of the legendary dogs trio ; and I have the feeling that you are trying to enter the latter by mistake :p Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
