I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this inconvenience. Unfortunately as said here, it is not possible to transfer servers due to technical limitations with the servers and each one having their own 'saves'. I am sorry to have to inform you of this, but if you decide to play another server with your friends, you would have to start all over again. That being said, since this answers your question, I will now lock the thread and I hope you have a great week! :D
