Also make sure you are running pro as administrator, and that it is being ran in compatibility mode. Also try cleaning your temporary files. Are you running the game in compatibility mode? Have you tried this step and this one? Also what version of directx are you using? Also, is that really your PRO installation path? It should sit in its own folder, not in your user profile. This could be the root of the problem.
