I have a broken dig hole near Mt moon

Last time when explore at vermilion said that all dig spots are fine then I was in doubt

But confirm it I started and finished my johto region (in a week) and cmae back today to check it . Then went to explorer again still he says every dig spots is fine.

Please provide me solution for this bug ASAP. And if have posted in wrong forum then please tell me where to post it
