I'm sorry for the inconvenience but for now we can't give you any ETA on when this quest will be updated in Sinnoh. The staff member who made this quest in the past is no longer part of the team anymore, so the progression is slowed down. We could expect a takeover from a current staff from the Content Staff team because Sinnoh still needs some adjustments but as I said it, there's no ETA. So the best thing you can do meanwhile is to be patient and focusing on another part of the game.
