if one can get their things moved after being banned, than whats the point of the ban?

If you possess evidence that the pokemons belong to you and they were ONLY BORROWED and you want them back, make a report in Report Center - Red Server in order to get assistance recovering them. Just trying to get pokemons from a banned user out of nowhere for your own profit might only get you punished for abuse.

Furthermore, like the rule states, let's not post things regarding bans here. With this being said, if you possess legitimate evidence to claim pokemons from a banned user account, make a report and we will take care of that.
