I checked Pokedb and foul play is in egg moves or lvlup list but i can't find it in PRO with both pokemon "Vullaby" and "Klefki".So is foul play learnable in PRO or we have any tutor for it?

Foul play is coded,unfortunately there isn't any way to get it at the moment.:s

Hopefully the mods will add a tutor for it soon :x

I hope it gets put soon as well but at the same time I think they should take the time needed to be sure the coding works. Being someone who took programming classes back in high school I know just how easy it is to miss a mistake. for instance say that you have a button programmed to do a yes or no. If the program code "If yes.box." would be clicked it would do one thing but then with the elseif code it would do a different action and if its naming convention is misspelled or is where part of the coding is considered false when it should be true. It wouldnt work. I can say again I do hope they get it in the game soon but I also hope they do it at the a pace they can make sure it will work before it gets fully put into the game so that they can have no issues with it.

Hello guys, and sorry for the inconvenience;

 

It is available in game, but only for those that learn it by level up, so far.

Given that it will take some time to update the tutor for each Pokémon that can learn Foul Play, and that the Halloween event is imminent ⎯as you noticed since a new client came out⎯, the Content team is currently focusing on the latter.

I can only ask you to remain patient until it's updated in game! :Angel:

 

There is no ETA for such update, but it will surely be announced on Discord once done, so join us there if you want to be notified then!
