Hi! im training ev sp atk in route 7 and 5, but its so slow, is there any other place where i can do it faster?

Surfing on Route 6 is pretty good during the morning and day (night is okay too, but Poliwag spawns additionally, which slows down the SpA gain). Psyduck is very common, and you also get the occasional Golduck as well, so it's pretty consistent. But I'd say the best spot I've encountered so far is Mt. Silver Upper Mountainside. Golduck is quite common during the day there. And if you're training Speed too, Golbat also spawns commonly at night. If you don't have access to Mt. Silver and you want to train Special Attack + Speed, Seafoam is good too. Psyduck, Golduck, Zubat, and Golbat are all the most common things you'll find there.
