I remember him saying he gave me a medicinal certificate in exchange for my 3 rare candies, but i still am unable to enter any daycare centers. Am i missing something? Defeating him is one of the requirements to enter the daycares. This useful article from the PRO Wiki also lists his requirements and team if you need that information :) Until we meet again.
