As just stated by [mention]TheAkalli[/mention], you need to get Jirachi data seen in your Pokedex to be able to catch it.

You should find it, walking around in your player bedroom in Littleroot Town. Once you have the seen data, check if you fully get all the condition and go back on the Moon, then just interact with the stone.

As reminder, here's all the requirements you need to have in order to complete your Jirachi quest :

∙ Be a Hoenn Champion

∙ Have all Hoenn Seen data.

∙ Have all Hoenn Caught data (Except legendary pokemon and No.351 Castform)

∙ 120 Hrs Hoenn Playtime or above (still need confirmation)

∙ Have all seen data from No.1~ No.386

∙ Have 210 Evolve data in total
