I am sorry to inform you but this is not possible, its a really bad luck and inconvenience but the Staff Team doesnt recover lost Pokémon during crashes (server nor user), It has been like that for the whole existence of the game, shiny or not shiny, theres nothing that can be done.

 

I hope you understand their Point of View on this and I wish you happier days in PRO.

Lost by crash issues

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Sometimes when the game crashes/gets stuck, you might lose a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback? We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any further action for your case.
