I started to catch him but i get crashed ( Internet lost connection ) and now i have to ask you , can you give me this zubat or what? Shiny pokemons are very rare and that was not my fault .. Ismurfy Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Hello [mention]Zaczus[/mention] , I am sorry to inform you but this is not possible, its a really bad luck and inconvenience but the Staff Team doesnt recover lost Pokémon during crashes (server nor user), It has been like that for the whole existence of the game, shiny or not shiny, theres nothing that can be done. Lost by crash issues Including disconnections and rollbacks Sometimes when the game crashes/gets stuck, you might lose a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.
