You need to go to the pre-evolution move tutor behind the counter of the Kanto Daycare on Route 5 to re-learn spore on your Breloom :)

Thanks for helping. I already went there also and it does not give me the option to learn that attack, neither does it leave me in Saffron nor there is in the paradise of the movements

Hey there, are you sure you spoke with the right tutor in the Kanto daycare?

To get to the Pre-Evolution Move Tutor, you need to go through the doorway behind the counter:

 

 

And then talk to the Pre-Evolution Move Tutor and select Breloom and you will be given this option:
