Hi everyone,

 

I am not able to log in on the red server but the server status says the server isn't down or anything because it says that there are 294 people playing on the red server.

What could be the reason of this? :/

Server is Down, the Server Status are bugged nobody can connect for now.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately the red server has crashed and deadlocked. It is awaiting an admin to reboot the server. I apologize for the inconveniences this may cause. You can check the server status here on the offical status checker.
