Can't lon into red server

Have been trying to log into the red server for a couple of hours. but can't login. the server status shows the server is not down. currently 294 players are playing. i don't understand what is going on. is there any problem with the server or just my account?

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately the red server has crashed and deadlocked. It is awaiting an admin to reboot the server. I apologize for the inconveniences this may cause in the meanwhile. You can check the server status here on the offical status checker to see if the server has been rebooted yet.
