I played the game for a couple weeks and then the screen started freezing, but the game will continue to play in the background just fine and I can control it, but the game screen just won't move with the game. Like I can hear the game being played but can't see it. I have downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit versions, deleted them, and then redownloaded them twice but it still doesn't work.

Please try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode;

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
