You have to fight the Nikola boss in Unknown Place to be able to have another chance of catching Jirachi.

Go to Saffron/Goldenrod > Take the Train > Select Trainers Valley > Go to Unknown place.

Also be careful,cooldown is 21 days,prepare yourself.:P

Hello iTorkell, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience :D:

 

 

You will have to defeat Boss Nikola, located in Unknown Place (Trainers Valley), in order to get a second chance at catching Jirachi, as [mention]TheAkalli[/mention] mentioned!

 

Here are the requirements for, and how to go to Trainers Valley, in case you need to know:

• Fight with Red at the top of Mt. Silver (whether you win or lose has no influence whatsoever)
  
• Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (pokémons #1 - #151);
  
• Get 38 evolved data;
  
• Be able to take the train (complete the HM02 Fly, Subway & Train Quest Guide)
  
• Take the train from Saffron City or Goldenrod City, as if you wanted to go to the other city, and then select "Trainers Valley" option. There, surf northeast to reach Unknown Place :)
