If you did, and you got Shadow Claw, then it looks like Wargreymon's Altarite is no longer obtainable, just like the Aerodactylite from the fossil quest and the starter Mega Stone NPC.<br/>

I suspect the Lucarionite from Goldenrod lottery is no longer obtainable as well. Maybe Banettite in Pokemon Tower is also no longer obtainable now.<br/>

It kinda makes me question why did they bother implementing it in the first place if they are taking out the reward shortly afterwards.......<e>
