what do I do if I was about to beat the elite four and the game froze? I was down yo the last 2 Pokemon for Gary and the game froze. I wasted about 10 revives and max potions and now I have to go trough it again. I wasted a lot of money

You cant realy do anything, you wont get any items/money back. Its the same with server crashes, when you are in a fight and the server crashes you lose it.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience; you will have to do the whole Elite 4 again.

We unfortunately cannot refund anything lost due to a crash or disconnection, as [mention]BashFick[/mention] already mentioned

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

Regarding your freeze issue, if you encounter it again, I would advise you to follow the steps listed in the Issue Guide, and to run the game in admin mode, or compatibility mode; also add an exception at your firewall if you haven't already :)
