I've tried hunting for them at other routes, as 124, but they're holding nothing there. I don't know what to do anymore. I really wanna play Sinnoh. Can anyone help?

They're fairly common drops from the pink crystals in the circular water on Love Island. Bring a pokemon with max happiness and that knows rock smash and you should get one. Those Rock Smashes reset every couple days. Worst case scenario, you can buy one in trade chat.

Rock smashing at Love Island requires 220+ Happiness, to be exact :Grin:

 

You can also find some on wild Clamperl as you already know, but also on Sharpedo and Carvanha, as noted in the Items Location topic :)

 

 

As [mention]PurpleMauth[/mention] mentioned, you can also buy it to someone ingame if you really can't find one!

If you play on Red, im free for sell you one !

Sharpedo at pacifidlog town has a chance to hold the tooth's.
