I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. You need to make a report in the Red Server Report Center so that the appropriate staff members can help you. You also need evidence, like shown on this Guideline on How to Report. You need screenshots of the conversations between you and the scammer as a type of evidence in this case for example. That being said I will now lock the thread, and I wish you luck in getting this resolved!
