Purple screen solved yet??

I tried deleting files and redownloading, my mac is all updated. I play just fine before the update (bout 300 hrs on the mac). Im just trying to play. Thanks.</t>

I merged your both topics. Please don't create any new one, we're aware of the issue and we will keep you updated of the solution.</r>

After the new client download I get stuck at a purple screen before it loads the login screen. I tried deleting andredownloading the client also.

(On a mac)

 

You have to Update your Mac to Sierra Version. If you dont find it in Updates section, go to Apple Store Homepage and High Sierra system Download will be there. :y:
