How do we get the event pika? Is it like the clone event where its a chance to find one or do i need to so a quest?

as far as I know, you can find the Halloween pika on any map that spawns a pikachu. With a chance of 1/20 pikachu. Same as clone event most likely.

As [mention]Frux[/mention] mentioned, Pikachu's new forms are available for everyone! Each Pikachu has a 5% chance to be Halloween themed! :Grin:

You do not need any quest nor do they have special spawns

 

Also, to remove any doubt, I'd like to add that they cannot be both Halloween and Shiny, or Halloween and Pink; as they cannot be both Pink and Shiny either. :3
