I played for 1.5 hours now.

 

In the normal pokemon firered, you can beat Pewter city in 10 minutes.

Dialogues are too long, running into a pokemon and then running takes too low. The game is so slow for me.

Pikachu is uncatchable and unfindable.

 

Anyone any tips? For speeding up the game or clearing brock? because brock will one shot my charmeleon ez.

There are quite a lot of guides in Youtube in several languages. You can follow some on them to finish all regions pretty fast :)

Also, do remember this is a different approach than the games. The game is meant to be somewhat slower with a significant increase in difficulty. As per usual with the idea of an MMO style. So keep that in mind when playing.
