When you enter in New Mauville you will find Wattson and the team Magma/Aqua leader. The team Magma/Aqua leader run away and Wattson asks you to clean the place, so defeat all Magma/Aqua members. There is still one of the electrical barriers active. You can find the remote controller (only if you defeat all Team Magma/Aqua members) of the electrial barrier here : You can go the way north now, where you need to beat several members again. At the end of New Mauville you will find the team Magma/Aqua leaders again and also Wattson. Wattson tells you to find his and to charge the damaged generators up. You can find Minun at the place where you deactivted the last electrical barrier with the remote controller. You need to talk with the Minun while it's being near of the conductorial rod so it can charge it up. You can find Plusle at South of New Mauville. Talk with Plusle near the conductorial rod to charge it up. Now go back and talk to Wattson, he will give you a Disk. You need to go and find the 3 Pokemon Center, where you can install the Disk that Wattson gave you. To access the room talk to the Security Officer, he will teleport you in the room with the PC control. If the PC was already struck, you need to go to another Pokemon Center until you can install the Disk 3 times successfully. (Sidenote: Every Pokemon Center is possible and it's random for every player) When the PC was struck already: When you successfully install the software on a PC: It also shows how many of the PC's have been restored and how many are left to find. After you successfully restored all 3 Pcs, Wally appears. You need to battle him, so be prepared. Team After you beat Wally, you get teleported back to New Mauville. You can use now the Hoenn teleported by talking to the Security Officer. (2,500$ per trip, no extra fee if you have Transit Pass.)
