Blue Server - Holloween Reward bug

 

<r>Is everyone supposed to get either the Vampire clothes or Houndoom mount? I was not given the option and my friend says that I'm supposed to get the chance to choose either one after beating Mayor Gorge. but i didnt get to choose the reward.. is it bug or luck ?<br/>
