I did the Halloween quest and didnt had the choice between Vampire Clothes or Houndmoon mount (I have none of them). As far I knowe its a bugg because Im supposed to have a choice. Is there still a way to get the reward?

There was indeed a bug that caused it to happen. We're sorry for any inconvinience caused. The bug has been fixed by now, but for your reward we will need you to reply here with your In Game Name and your reward choice (Vampire Clothes or Houndoom Mount). I will mail the item to you as soon as possible after you replied.

Today. I completed halloween quest. When choosing the rewards. The server suddenly log out and I couldn't choose any reward. When I can log in after a few minutes, I didnt get any reward. Is it a bug? How can I get my reward?
