Hey there Axel02!

I am sorry to hear that have experienced this inconvenience. Once you use the Dashboard to request a password change, you must wait for the email with instructions on how to proceed from there to come in. The email will have a link that you will need to click so you can reset your password. Have you tried checking your email's spam folders?
