Game Crash

Someone help me please.

I was able to open one time only in the game and then I could not open it and only this message appears.

"Pokemon Revolution has encountered an error and must close.

A crash report named "Crash_217-10-31_194808" has been generated.

These files can be sent to PROTeam for analysis. Would you like to open this folder now?".

I already did everything and I could not fix it. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

Also could you please provide additional information about your device, such as the operating systems and system specs?

Are your drivers up to date? Are running PRO as administrator? And also have you tried to create an exception for PRO in your antivirus as well as run the game in compatibility mode? What program do you use to unzip the zip file?

Every time I open the game inside WINRAR or extract it from WINRAR it always appears 2 warnings that the file is corrupted

Could it be that I can not open the game?

How to solve it if this is the case?
