So i followed the walkthrough and on ss anne and they said there should be a blissey on the left side of bellroom my account seems to be glitched admin please help asap

If you followed the walkthrough for the SS Anne, did you make sure to get the Pecha Berry from the trashcan? This is usually where the problem is.

 

Can you post the link for the walkthrough that you're using?

 

I'd recommend just going through the walkthrough again to see if you missed anything.
