A lot of people can bid more than 9m (it's my case). But no end time, no bid.

Like all the players saying "i sell when i'm happy", "i have the right to refuse a bid if...", "i have the right to cancel if..", of course with this kind of player, you don't really want to bid. It's the same for a bid without end time.
