its just a server issue

i cant solve them only the programers

when the server its down. sometimes or always they do a server rollback to the last login ..

but when i loggin i fight with 4 npcs a lvl up 3 pokemons mines...then the server down i log in again and all my exp and lvl its back but i can play and fight to the npc again.

this is a big problem bkz its more difficult to reach lvl and progress in the game

Hello Radich,

 

The server doesn't save all "events" at the same time which is the cause of this sort of rollback. I'm probably over-simplifying this... but what you experienced is that the server recognized that you battled those NPCs, yet it didn't save the effects of the battles onto your Pokemon. This is why you aren't able to fight them again & also why you don't have the experience. We understand that this is a problem. We're working hard to minimize the amount of server crashes/deadlocks to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
