What have you done before the problem was there?

While ev training my Crobat I came across a shiny Diglett. As I started throwing pokeballs to catch it, the server crashed.

 

You can imagine my feelings as the first shiny Pokémon of my own in 3000 hours of general Pokémon gameplay disappeared.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried leaving PRO open and waiting for the server to come back online, but it forcefully disconnected me after about 3 minutes

DarckStar, I'm really sorry that this happened. Many people have been affected by rollbacks, but the worst cases are always when it happens on a shiny Pokemon. Unfortunately, there's nothing that we can do for you.
