i´ve a problem, i used just now by mistake my bms .. is there any chance i can get it back?? (i am not going to catch any pokemon if it needed).

nope it´s possible, im just using pad not mouse and it was silly mistake.

not email. The in game mail system. Go to most of the major cities and they have mailboxes there. I would assume it's there.

Yep, just as PurpleMauth has said above, the black medallion will be in your mailbox in game :)
