Can l use fly on charizard?

 

Hello Nemrud,

Yes, Charizard can learn Fly. However, as others stated you can only use it in battles and not as a means of transportation.

 

If you want to get quickly from one place to the other, you can always use the Subway system. In case you haven't unlocked it yet, here are some useful guides:
