can't get into pinkan island

So basically yesterday I was in the murky town lobby where you'd have to take the ship back to vermillion and I did and went to pinkan island and submitted my pokemon but then the server had crashed. When I logged in today I was back to the same murky town lobby sailed back to pinkan island and my electabuzz and scyther were gone and the ranger is still asking for my two lvl 90 pokes

so the game saves my two pokemon getting released to the ranger during the rollback but doesnt save the data that i gave it to him?
