Orange decreases 10% in stats Green Increases 10% in stats. So if your pokemon is Physical Attacker it should have Green in Atk and orange in spatk(Adamant Nature). Example Breloom, breloom is physical atker so he can be Adamant or Jolly because jolly increase spd and decrease spatk and jolly nature doesnt affect atk so it suits him. Still the nature is depends on pokemon or how you use it.

How do l know if he is psycical attacker or not? from the pokedex?
