Calahan
- snip - Hello there and foremost, I'm sorry to hear about your inconvenience; also, please note that I moved your topic to the proper subforum, General Support. The Report Center is for reporting people only :3 Unfortunately, it seems that your disconnection annuled the move learning prompt, and we cannot refund anything lost due to a disconnection ‒may it be caused by a server crash or a net drop‒, including the progress or items, as stated here: - [glow=white]Quote for visibility[/glow] - Lost by crash issues Including disconnections and rollbacks Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case. You will have to go to a Move Relearner and teach it that way, at a cost of 2 000$; these NPCs are located as follow: Kanto: Cerulean / SaffronJohto: Goldenrod / Blackthorn Hoenn: Slateport / Sootopolis Sinnoh: Hearthome / Snowpoint As stated on the main page, PRO is in live Beta and crashes are to be expected. It's unlikely that it will crash again ‒or your network, then‒ during the short time-lapse of teaching a pokemon a move, in the future, but not impossible. Again, though, you can re-teach them their moves easily, as mentioned above  This being said, I will set the topic as solved; I wish you a great day! - [glow=lightgreen]Locked as solved[/glow] - Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/78603-lost-move/#findComment-459950 Share on other sites
