Heal is the same as Natural Cure except it cures a whole party.

Genius ability Healer just work in double , nature cure is correct and perfect ability to chansey .

I am not sure if u r trolling or not but u clearly don't know how healer works, as it does nothing in single battles. Natural Cure is the best ability for chansey/blissey.
