63327 Staff could do a favor to people who that happened. Contact them as you got the screen. That's just normal for me the game crashed not because of you.
I think i would definitly stop the game if it crashes when i'm face a shiny.

I absolutely agree, even if that didn't happen to me. A player deserves help when something like this happens... players spend time on the game also for shinies like that one.
